Spring, you should try making your own ras el hanout blend. It's great on chicken. And pork. And vegetables. And pretty much everything.

Strip steak for SO cooked on the grill, roasted red potatoes with rosemary and a tossed salad. I will have pan seared scallops with rice. I am addicted to scallops right now!

I can't even pronounce it! I looked it up though and I think I would like it! I'm on spice restriction until after we move, but I'll file away a recipe for it. I know I'll be visiting San Francisco Herb Shop after we move and I'm excited about that!

Tonight is leftover black bean burger and I can't decide on a side, either cheesy spinach orzo or pan fried potatoes and onions.

For dessert I'm contemplating (read: I already took the butter out to soften, who am I kidding..I'm making them) these oatmeal chocolate chip cookie muffins.

Hey, if you do go there, you can always check out their ras el hanout blend. I love mine from The Spice House. Get some garam masala while you're at it.

I had chicken locrio, which is the Dominican name for arroz con pollo. And a salad of carrots and tayota (chayote).
And of course, more of my carrot masala macaroons. God, I need to make more of these. I don't even feel too bad about eating them since they're macaroons, so not much in the way of fat, and not too much sugar.

Thank goodness I only made 6 of those muffins. They're dangerous.

My bro's wedding was last night and we got home at 3am, so didn't want to do much tonight. Chicken leg and thigh, some salad and half an ear of corn. Simple and easy.

Sent from my "smart"phone. Please excuse typos!

I had teriyaki marinated grilled salmon, shrimp, and roasted brussels sprouts.

Tonight will be blue cheese mixed veggies over baked potato or homemade turkey chili if I don't end up going to get these spicy mussels...

I know - this craving is worse than when I was pregnant and hasn't been quenched, even when I eat mussels. I just want more!

Panko crusted cod fish sticks, lemony dill tartar sauce, corn and mac n cheese that I made on the stove top that was entirely tooooo easy. This could be a super bad thing because it was really good!

I'm still kicking myself for not making my own fish sticks and tartar sauce years ago. Crunchy goodness and lemony loveliness.

It's not dinner time here yet, but I am hell bent on making this to atone for bingeing on pizza last weekend
