I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.

Breakfast for dinner: homemade hash browns, fried eggs, and sauteed collard greens. Some date and walnut cake that I've been unable to stop eating throughout the day for dessert!

My family went out to eat while I was at a church thing, and by the time I got home, I was feeling too lazy to make anything real. So I had frozen mac 'n cheese and some bagel chips. Gourmet. lol

I didn't feel like cooking so everyone got something different:
hubby: salad of tomato, onion, marinated artichoke, carrot, garbanzo beans and balsamic vinagrette
Children: roasted veggie kashi pizza
me: buffalo chicken meatballs with mushed together sour cream & avocado

Went home for lunch yesterday and found a whole ham on the kitchen counter. The Food Fairy (my dad) had visited!!
So tonite I'm making some stuff to put in the freezer - boiled dinner (ham, cabbage, carrots), ham and potato soup, whatever else I can think of.
