Pretzels dipped in spicy mustard. Very nutritious.

Some concoction of chicken, rice, cream of chicken soup (I know, I know! Don't smite me!) and diced tomatoes with green chiles. Oh, and cheese. Lots of cheese.

We still haven't eaten because carpet guys are here giving us an estimate. I'm getting hangry.

Used my leftover coconut milk, ginger, and jalapeños and cook halibut steaks in them. Yummy.

I got a real treat tonight. My lovely neighbor brought over some beef curry stew and white rice. She's a doll!

macadamia crusted flounder. It was in the freezer section of Aldi's (a discount grocery store). I didn't expect much but it was fantastic!

I happen to love a good meatloaf.

I had leftovers of the fish sticks, mac n cheese and corn.

New recipe up tomorrow!

I've been craving spaghetti and meatballs all week.

I find that the new app makes it easier to upload pics of our food

I had boring roasted broccoli, some sticky white rice, and Trader Joe's mandarin chicken.

I'm eating on the run tonight, so who knows what tonight will bring.

Smoky coconut and lime basmati rice (smoky from black cardamom) with mussels with Shaoxing wine and cilantro. The mussels are a dish from waaaaay back in my nutrition lab at JWU. We made them with mirin, but the original was actually with the rice wine or sake. They're garlicky and sweet from the wine and there is plenty of cilantro to brighten everything up!
