What's for dinner?

I made stuffed peppers last night and I'm having beef and broccoli stir fry tonight.

Roti with chicken and yardlong beans massala. I might also make aloe anda massala, which is potatoes and fried boiled eggs. And homemade mango chutney. MMMM

Last night, I had grilled red snapper, mashed plantains, grilled asparagus and grilled pineapple.

I want something with puff pastry. Mmmm. NY Times Food tweeted a recipe for a leek quiche pastry thingie.

NetG, the people from the ostrich farm at the market sell ostrich jerky, and I've seen lamb jerky as well. You should go for it!
And oh my, I love matzoh ball soup! I've been craving it since it's been mentioned so much lately.
Tonight will be a weird combination of meals. Getting together with my sisters and the 3 of us have totally different eating habits/diets. I eat low carb/sugar free/almost no processed foods, K is on weight watchers, and S watches her fats. So we will each be eating some of the following:
meatballs and sauce
chicken, potato, asparagus casserole
buffalo chicken strips
sauteed cabbage
saffron jasmine rice
chocolate cake
milano cookies
sugar free jello
wheat bread
melba toast
celery
apples

Tonight is a frozen pizza that has mushrooms on it and I'm going to add some red and green peppers and onions. Maybe a spinach salad with yogurt ranch.

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.
No idea what to call this?

Red & green peppers, onion and garlic sauteed then added black eyed peas, a little vegetable broth and mild Rotel tomatoes. Sorta like hoppin' John? I'm gonna have it over brown rice that I'm stirring some Trader Joe's cream of portabella soup into and an ear of corn on the side.

Chocolate pudding for dessert.

Jeez, how big an amount of chocolate do you keep around?
I refuse to answer that in quantity, but this method uses chocolate chips which I always have on hand. What kind of person would I be if I weren't prepared at all times to make chocolate chip cookies!?!

Heh, I never have chocolate chips. I can't remember the last time I made chocolate chip cookies (pretty much never crave them), but I would wager at least 5 years. I chop chocolate for them anyway and use chopped chocolate for everything else, too. And it's fairly pricey to have that much of it around.
John Scharffenbergen's chocolate pudding is my go-to, with less sugar and more salt:

I'm baking some brown rice with peppers, onions, garlic, cumin, coriander and chicken stock that I'll stir some kidney beans and corn into when it comes out of the oven. I'll saute some shrimp and make myself a burrito. Olé! I sure hope my avocado is ripe.

Chocolate pudding for dessert, perhaps?
