Babyback ribs and coleslaw. I thought about some sort of potato but did not feel like doing anything so ribs and coleslaw it is. My house smells like a rib joint.

Gosh darnit, Webjockey, your meals always sound so delish!

We had grilled cheese and soup. Mmm. Perfect for today, since it was gloomy, rainy and chilly!

Thank you. Unfortunately my kids don't exactly like my cooking. They'd love to exist on pizza, burgers, popcorn and baby bells. I had a bit of success - my 4 yr old put his tongue on a piece of baby spinach.

edited to add: I tried a new roasted chicken technique and I'm hooked. http://simplyrecipes.com/recipes/kellers_roast_chicken/
I only used onions as my base and it turned out fabulous.

Probably a quick tofu noodle bowl since I have all of my ingredients on-hand.

Or maybe beans over barley.

Mmmm. Yes please!

Tonight will be a giant bowl of dandelions I'm picking after work. I will simply add some crisp white onions and maybe a few mandarin oranges and some good balsamic vinegar. Can't wait.

It's CORN! (Clean Out Refrigerator Night)

Tuna noodle casserole, green beans with toasted almonds and deviled eggs.

I've got a chuck eye steak thawing for tomorrow, anyone have any idea what the heck cut of meat that is and if it will be good grilled? I don't even remember buying it.
