Meatball stroganoff
I lied - I had ground turkey stuffed zucchini and mixed veggies.

My mac n cheese was a keeper, finally!

Tonight maybe taco soup and cornbread.

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.
I'm going to this tonight:
http://strength.org/manchester/

55 restaurants and 30 vineyards - woo.
Location: Southern NH

If a news story breaks and no one on the Internet comments, did it really happen?
I love food festivals like that! I'm jealous. Have fun!

My supper will be brown rice with beans, veggies, basil and hot sauce.

Went on a cooking jag today so I'll have lots of suppers ready for the week.

chicken thighs cooked in a little olive oil, garlic, hungarian paprika, fresh pepper, kosher salt

8 grain organic rotini pasta with olive oil, hot pepper seeds, squid, black beans, soybeans, sea salt

deer heart cooked in olive oil, garlic, hot pepper powder, potatoes, mushrooms, green and red peppers

and I picked a ton of dandelions for salads all week

Now I'm gonna make the fabulous flourless peanut butter cookies that someone posted a link to here awhile back.

Yes, I love food.
Yes, I love garlic.

I knew it! I knew it! JCG is eating hearts again, and I'm not just speaking metaphorically.

Toasted cheese sandwich on raisin walnut bread with horseradish, lettuce, and tomato for me. Chocolate lacti-milk for dessert. I think I'll use my Fred Flintstone mug for even more fun!
Saria, I love cabbage rolls so much!

Ninja, Yep, eatin hearts again. But that sandwich of yours could go in the "weird foods" thread. Cuz it's......well...weird. : )

What's lacti-milk? (too lazy to google)

A roast with 'tators and carrots for everyone else.

Guess what got attacked and what's still in the castiron skillet?

What made my sandwich weird? The horseradish condiment? I know some people are toasted cheese purists.

Speckla, did the cats attack the roast? I can picture cats swatting at it, then licking their paws.

No no no.

The meatless taco salad got attacked by my husband and son and the roast was ignore. Guess it'll be lunch for him tomorrow and a few days to follow.

Aw, I was hoping the cats got ahold of it, and batted it around the floor. I figured we were in for a funny description.

The cats wouldn't go near this roast. It has a horseradish glaze.

Wow. My husband just noticed there was a roast...hmmm...that explains why he didn't eat it...
