Tonight is french dip sandwiches with provolone and fries.

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.
Family dinner - my uncle's making ribs, we're taking two loaves of fresh bread, dad and stepmother are taking something for dessert which is likely to have chocolate as a main ingredient.

But at least the pews never attend yoga!
Last night: salsa verde chicken enchiladas, guacamole and chips.

I wanted to lick my plate.

Last night was 3 poached eggs on low carb wheat toast. Celery and blue cheese dressing. Strawberries and mandarin oranges. No clue about what's for supper tonight.

I grilled a pork loin yesterday, and have leftovers, so I'm going to cube the leftover pork and make a stir fry with rice, scrambled eggs, and whatever veggies I have in the rotter drawer...although I did pick up a new bok choy today.

I have some chicken thighs and cream in the house so I'm homemade chicken biscuit sandwiches. Leeks will be part of this in some fashion - not sure how as yet.

Chicken breast stuffed with feta and wrapped in ham baked with chopped tomatoes. Side of brown rice.

It was very good but I think I'll leave out the red wine vinegar next time.

I'm still a bit hungry so I might have either a yogurt or an English muffin with jam.
Fat does not make you fat. It's actually pretty important.
Didn't have supper til 3 in the morning. And certainly not a healthy one! Mr. Harley arrived back in town for the summer (lives south for 8 months a year) so we went riding and bar hopping for hours. At 3am we stopped at Sheetz and scarfed down hot dogs, fries, and donuts. It all tasted fantastic. : )

Supper will be a Fireman's Philly Cheesesteak Hoagie at the fire hall. Beef and chicken, a bit of cheese, lots of onions and sweet peppers, banana peppers and jalapenos all cooked on the griddle. I will forgo the bun but will splurge and eat the few onion rings on top.

jeep - I love reading what you're eating.

The steak and booze was my favorite, but 3 AM meal is a close second.
DH has a dinner to attend tonight for work so I'll be having leftovers from Zuppardi's Apizza that he brought me from an earlier lunch work function. YAY for free dinner that I don't have to cook.

I just had a small slice of it cold and it's so yummy.
