We're having Wendy's. It's the only close and quick food. I haven't eaten since breakfast and am so exhausted I'm not sure if I can chew so I don't care what we have at this point.

Chick-fil-a. At least I'm pretty sure. Son has a doctor's appointment at 3:40...so by the time we wrap there...I do some errands since we are out and around. I'd love to go to a bakery/cafe but it's really not in the area we need to be...unless things just move along quickly.

It was one of those clean out the pantry days. Tuna & canned salmon casserole from scratch. It was my first time making mushroom sauce from scratch and it came out lovely.
Served with buttered green peas.

So far, nothing. My poor children fed themselves peanut butter sandwiches because I was helping out at 8th grade graduation tonight. I never suspected it was SUCH a big deal!

I just had to say the reheated rice and lentils was the best part of the meal - surprised me since I didn't totally love it originally! Yum! (And surprised me since I *love* artichoke and tuna steaks!)

To give some people a heart attack, I made a sort of carbonara. I had pasta with a sauce made from milk on the turn, cheddar and sandwich ham. It was good.

Does that mean milk going bad? I can see where cooked it could be good, if not something to make you ill. I've never tried it so wouldn't know.
