Hebrew National 97% fat free beef hot dogs on low carb bread with ketchup and vadalia onion. Cauliflower 'potato' pancakes.
And for dessert I'm going to eat a bunch of marschino cherries that I just found in delicious flavors - lemon, wild berry, and passion fruit. They are so pretty! I have a thing for marschino cherries.

I think we're having mojito salmon, rice pilaf and a salad. Thank you Trader Joe's for quick and easy things I can make in this teensy kitchenette!

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.

Baked mochi with siracha sauce. My tongue is burning but my spirit is happy.
Leftover dim sum tonight. And an artichoke.

Yesterday was a sibling and step-sibling bbq at a step-bro's house. Had corn on the cob, grilled jerk chicken and mashed potatoes. It was good! I was impressed with his grill skills.

Last night's Meal for Father's day was ribs, hotdogs, beans, grilled corn on the cob, texas salsa and chips. Chocolate Brownie and home-made ice-cream for dessert.

Tonight...leftovers. LOL. Son starts swim lessons tonight...not sure how the next 2 weeks dinners are going to work.
Tonite will be a big fat steak cooked Pittsburgh rare. And maybe nothing else!

I should never say here ahead of time what we're planning for dinner because we never end up eating it. We were out later than we expected and ended up getting bbq chicken pizza and garlic twists last night for dinner.

Finally made the salmon and holy mercy it's good. I can't believe this came out of the little microwave in our hotel kitchenette.

Mojito salmon
3 grains blend (barley, rice & spelt)
butter lettuce salad with edamame and cilantro dressing
organic multigrain artisan sandwich bread with butter (this stuff ROCKS; sandwiches, toast, with dinner..awesome!)

This plate brought to you by Trader Joe's. Bad fluorescent lighting courtesy of our hotel.
