Teriyaki grilled salmon dipped in sriracha, half a corn on the cob (3 year olds like to steal mommy's food), and whatever roasted broccoli I could steal off her plate!

It was a leftover day. At some point I had a wasa cracker with some white sharp cheddar to round it all out.

Cheesy enchilada rice w/ flour tortillas before I had volleyball practice tonight

Saturdays roasted chicken lasted through last night! The next few days we ate chicken salad sandwiches, chicken noodle soup, pulled BBQ chicken sandwiches turned into a BBQ chicken salad which was Sooooo good!

Mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, roasted corn, turkey bacon, pulled chicken and blue cheese dressing.
Grilled chicken sandwiches with tomato, lettuce, avocado with a little cilantro dressing. Chips on the side.

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.
Stopping at a yummy New Mexico-style Mexican restaurant in Mesa. My last meal there was one of the best I've had, so I'm hoping it's good this time, too!

I'm going to attempt to cook shrimp for the first time.

I'll be making a creamy bow tie pasta with shrimp and spinach. Wish me luck ladies!

Sirt fry with flank steak, baby bok choy, broccoli, and mushrooms (button and ****aki).

We didn't really have time for the restaurant so just ate at the show - I had a brisket sandwich.

Pizza at a place which used to be one of my favorite coffee shops. Trying to embrace change.
