Oh jeep, you are a rock-freakin-star! Thank you so much for the pictures, it's not easy to snap action shots while you cook!!

This helps immensely.

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.

Tonight we had creamy avocado and white bean wraps (new recipe, it had shredded cabbage in it too and was pretty tasty, can't wait to play with the recipe!) and another new recipe that I wasn't crazy about at all that I won't bother explaining.

Strawberry mochi ice cream for dessert.

Meatless Monday: Creamy Avocado and White Bean Wraps

I'm going to try adding cumin next time and DH doused it with hot sauce so there's always that. I really like the crunch of the cabbage with the creamy beans/avocado. A perfect easy meal on a hot day when cooking is the last thing you wanna do.

Mmmm, chicken and dumplings! One of my favorites.

Last night we had chicken cordon bleu casserole, steamed broccoli and garlic naan.

The c&d were a success. We will be having the leftovers with biscuits and roasted carrots tonight. I love leftover night since I don't have to cook!

Tonight it's chicken and veggie skewers on the BBQ. Chicken, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, and squash...might marinate them in italian dressing, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Yummy!!

I shall follow my sniffer to your front door. No worries, I'll bring dessert.

Sounds good!

I would have much preferred what you grilled!

That naan bread is a little gummy for pizza, but it was still pretty good. DH worked late and didn't get home until almost 9 so it was a quick meal I could pop in the oven when he walked in. Thank goodness for those because he's worked late almost every night this week. Booo!

A baked chicken thigh shredded and on top of a spinach/carrot/sweet pepper/broccoli slaw/sunflower seed/cucumber/cherry tomato/dried cranberry salad. Small amount of French dressing on top.

Sent from my "smart"phone. Please excuse typos!

5 rice blend cooked in coconut milk then mixed with green and black soybeans, broccoli, carrots, snap peas, mandarin oranges, and ham.

Also made ham and potato soup to freeze so I had a bit of that too.
