I'm cooking chicken in some sesame ginger sauce. Maybe I'll throw some chow mien noodles on top. With rice and green beans possibly.

Using my iphone. Expect typos.

I wish I knew..

I've got cheesy skillet corn leftover so I need something to go with that. I love cutting corn off the cob, it reminds me of my nanny. I also have some asparagus to use so maybe I'll roast that.

I may make some cornbread and sweet tea and I just need to figure out the meat part.

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.

I tossed some sesame seeds and almonds on top of the chicken too.

Oh and I loooove asparagus. Wish I had some!

Takoraisu (taco rice)

I used brown jasmine rice instead of sticky rice.

It's It for dessert

Tonight we're having roast beef with melted jack cheese and onions on french rolls with au jus to dip. We'll also have the ever popular tater tot, it rules around here.

Saw these tamales at our local market the other day and picked up the black bean, corn and jack cheese flavor and they are SO freakin' good. Tamales are my favorite so I'm thrilled to find these!!

We had Spanish rice, guacamole and chips on the side.

I was irritated by dinner... I dislike most pizzas you can buy, but every once in a while love those thin, cheap, cardboard pizzas with plastic cheese. Obviously, not literally - but the super cheap ones which practically fit the description.

When we were in the supermarket on Sunday I wanted to buy one, and my mom said she'd buy it on Tuesday for dinner. Cool, that works. Well, instead she got Little Caesars, which I detest. And despite the fact she got herself 10 packets of red peppers and knows I've used parmesan every time she's ever seen me eat restaurant pizza - no cheese for me. So I had two slices of pizza I detest without even the cheese to put on top and try to hide the flavor a little. Thanks for nothing, mom, I would have stopped and bought myself dinner somewhere had I known.

I got home at 8pm, and at that point didn't want to spend half an hour driving to go buy food or making something. Yuck.

We just finished chocolate chip pancakes and I had a extra big glass of cold milk. They were so good.

Probably a salad. But maybe an egg. I haven't been able to ride my horse while waiting for a vet chiropractor out to see him, and my ability to be hungry seems to have disappeared with decreased activity. (This pleases me - it means I'm eating for sustenance and not overindulging while burning fewer calories.)

Sent from my "smart"phone. Please excuse typos!

Baked fish nuggets, homemade tartar sauce, corn, gnocchi n cheese (looks so incredibly evil I couldn't resist and I had these cute little mini gnocchi in the pantry practically begging to be made into this).

A walk around the neighborhood for dessert, perhaps?
