I had fettuccine with basil pesto cream sauce (?) with pepperoni and these really good organic tomatoes.

I'll probably have gnocchi tonite.

We each get to choose our birthday meal and are having mine tonight. Steak, mac and cheese, artichoke, fruit salad, and peanut butter cheesecake for dessert.

Anyone surprised the meal includes artichoke?

We are having some fish that was given to us freshly caught but it's been in our freezer...I have no idea what it is just that it's white. Gotta figure out the best way to cook it...pan fry? Bake it?

Yesterday I had sausage and mashed potatoes blended and thinned.

Tonight I will have a little blended lentil soup and maybe a pork chop and cheesy mashed potatoes blended up.

I will take any ideas for foods that purée easily. And I am not grossed out by blending stuff. As long as its good, I'll blend.

I'm on the phone! Excuse the imperfections, my phone isn't as smart ad me.

Jaynee, this looks pretty good.

We're having some sort of chicken and rice (boiled and shredded chicken then cook the rice in the broth and stir in cream of mushroom soup, found Amy's Organic mushroom soup to try), baby lima beans and cornbread or maybe corn fritters....or corn on the cob. As you can see I have a very exact plan in place.

I'm starving, and nothing appeals to me right now.

Being stuck laying down with my back hurting is making me hungry.

Using my iphone. Expect typos.

I'm on a diet, so I'm having some grilled chicken breast and lots of salad.

I sure do miss my wine......

Boiled dinner is in the crock pot. after work I'll make a big batch of jalapeno corn so I can freeze some. (corn, cream cheese, butter, jalapenos. one of my favorite sides). and in honor of netg's birthday I'll be having an artichoke. : )

Last night, I had bow-tie pasta with some sort of honey-mustard-lemon glaze and mandarin oranges and peppers and salami. Very tasty.

Baked Italian sausage with potatoes and it was outta this world nom-noms (skipped the rosemary, used mild Italian chicken sausage). We had white corn on the cob, corn bread and blueberry sweet iced tea.

I was full and already looking forward to leftovers so I foresee making this one a LOT.
