Tonite will be a hamburger salad (basically a burger minus the bun). Lettuce, onion, tomatoes, celery, crumbled blue cheese, and a nice hamburger patty. And because I like kethup on my burgers I make a dressing out of ketchup mixed with a little water and whatever herbs I'm in the mood for.

Tonight is a flatbread pizza with peppers, onions, mushrooms, and fresh basil with a spinach salad with gorgonzola, sunflower seeds, craisins, and champagne vinaigrette.

I'm going to dinner with my dad. Since I'm on a liquid diet, we are having Soup Plantation. Its my first time there.

Then I'm going home to make carne con achiote with rice. I plan on thinning it with broth for my second dinner.

Ended up being lamb and asparagus instead. Yummy and faster.

I'm grateful Mom cooked while I was working, but I need to not let her cook good meat anymore. Not enough heat, not enough fat, and not enough seasoning. It's a credit to the quality of the meat that it was good anyway, but it would have been great cooked properly.

I just had two enormous slices of pizza. They took up most of the box.
