Lump crap!! HAHA I didn't even catch that when I first read it.
I might be avoiding BrettyU's house on my "cross country curly home dinner tour"! (AKA I'm eatin' at your house tonight, set a place!)

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.

We're not even cross-country! As long as it's not labor day weekend or last weekend of September, the guest room is even free! (Price goes unnoticed by you...buffer, because Mom is nice when other people are around.)

Jeep, how was the "Dirty Blonde" ale? I almost bought some last night! (I went with Estes Park Brewery's "Samson Stout" instead)

TRBL, I'm a cheap beer girl usually (Budweiser) but I had had the Dirty Blonde at a gastropub a few weeks ago and really liked it. Very light and summery. And a pretty, cloudy, lemony color. And I love Corona and pony bottles so the Coronitas were a no brainer. : )

I've got a good 3 hours until dinner time and that crap (crab) sandwich looks fan-freakin-tastic and now I'm starving!
I want THAT for dinner.
Do you deliver?

We're having black bean and cheese tamales, mexi-rice (onions, bell peppers, garlic, cumin, coriander, oregano, tomato paste, roasted corn, brown basmati rice...what makes it mexi? I have no idea...ole'!), guacamole and s'mores rice krispie treats for dessert.

not dinner but... cafe is doing stir fry for lunch today, I asked them to add sriracha to mine, yum. (otherwise it's chicken, broccoli, asparagus, waterchestnuts, carrots & mushrooms over noodles).

I seem to OD on things with mushrooms and olives in them when DH is traveling. I call this my single girl food time.
I have NO idea what we're having. I used to be a little more on top of things like menu planning, but I've sort of lost my mojo since we moved and haven't gotten back in my groove yet.
I might do some sort of cheeseburger macaroni thing if we go to the grocery later. (homemade, not that boxed crap)

I'm thinking we'll have this Broiled Salmon with Herb Mustard Glaze Recipe : Giada De Laurentiis : Food Network since we have some salmon left over that needs to be cooked. We also have corn on the cob and some tomatoes...and I'm sure there's tons of squash in the garden! I'm getting a little burned out on squash, but it's so convenient when I'm low on veggies.
