Well, I'm SUPPOSED to be taking those Viactiv Calcium Chews (The eckerd, storebrand version though), but I always forget. Then I have a multi-vitamin I usually take. Other than that, I don't have any medications I need to take, besides the occaisonal over the counter allergy med.

2 heart meds daily, Clarinex daily, ativan as needed (like last week on tv ) and Epidren as needed for migraines. I usually forget my vitamins.

Just one multi-vitamin for me.

Oh and occasionally some benedryl at night if I can't sleep!

Four - I take two sleep medications, Lexapro (which will hopefully be temporary), and a vitamin. I do feel like it's too much sometimes, though the sleep meds are less than half a pill total (I'm trying to wean off those).

I said 3-6. I have 3 prescription pills that I take daily, then I have 2 other prescription meds that I take on an as-needed basis(such as my migraine med). I also sometimes take Tylenol Ultra for non-migraine type headaches. I have gotten slack on taking my vitamins, I really need to get back to taking them

I wouldn't say that 8 is a lot, especially including vitamins.

I take one medicine for my high blood pressure, but I take it twice a day so is that one or two?

I also take a vitamin whenever I remember. This thread actually reminded me to take it today.

I take a 11 a day. 2 for the allergies, 6 for my gastro reflux issues, 1 for cholesterol, 1 for birth control and a multi vitamin. Occasionally throw in some Tylenol when I have pain. Lots of pills

I take a med for depression, a med for my Tourettes/OCD, birth control, and a multi vitamin. When I was younger I used to be on a cocktail of four or five meds just for one reason.

-BC pills
-L-lysine supplements (for cold sores) 3 times a day
-Multivitamin or a B12 tablet (not every day, just when I remember)

I selected 3-6 pills a day.

I also take calcium chewables but they aren't really pills...they are like candy.

Jeez, I'm gonna look like a junkie!!
1. BC
2. 2 strengths of Effexor
3. Zyrtec
4. Fish oil (if I remember)
5. Multivitamin (again, if I remember)
Occasionally:
quetiapine, cyclobenzaprine, alprazolam, ibuprofen

I slug down all those suckers at once! I can even do them without water!

Now now, I can do this because I've taken them for a very long time. Practice, that's all it is.

I do the same with all my vitamins pop them all in chew once or twice and swallow. If they get stuck I wash it down with my coffee. To me remembering to take them is harder than actually doing it.

I take nothing on a regular basis. I take Advil a few times a year. Antibiotics maybe every few years. That's about it.

Zyrtec. Wellbid-D. GNC Ultra NourishHair. Evening Primrose Oil. Olay Multi. Natural Vitamin E capsule. Ortho lo. Viactiv Calcium Chew. I take everything all at once except the chew (obviously). Used to take Zyrtec-D instead of the separate Zyrtec and the Wellbid-D (a decongestant) because the decongestant in Zyrtec-D (pseudoephedrine) was giving me heart problems
