When you were a baby...

I had head of 3b curls at birth, not thick but around the head. Then had hair texture change to 3c/4a (As teen got the 4b too) thick hair and between SL and APL by age 2. I don't think anyone wondered if my hair would grow or not, my sister had MBL hair at 6, my mother was MBL at the time of my birth, and my dad had huge 3b afro. I secretly think my mom was tiny bit sad I had the texture change because she often mentions how my hair used to be like my dad's when I was little, lol.

i had verrrrrry little hair, and now a head full of it
LOL! mine was very thick and wavy as a baby and throughtout childhood. After having 4 kids, it just got curlier and curlier and curlier....LOL
I had a patch of hair until I was one or two years old. My mom actually started using thread on my hair to style it because she heard that would make it grow.

I shaved all my hair off at about 4 when my brother wasn't looking. He was supposed to be babysitting me . He got into a lot of trouble for that one. My hair grew back thicker and longer than it ever was (so I'm told). By 5 or 6, I had shoulder length hair. It's been full ever since.

I was born bald with a few strands of hair and it remained that way until I was about six months. My gram started twisting my hair and it began growing wildly. By the time I was four years old I had mid-back length curly tresses. I would say that my hair was mostly a 3a/3b mix as a baby. And as a child my hair was mostly 3c. But after years of relaxing my hair is a mix of 3b/3c/4a/4b---the curl pattern is constantly changing.

I was born with about 2 inches of wavy black hair. It was such a significant amount that the doctors parted it to the side and slicked it down with some sort of hair gel for the infamous baby photo.

I was born with a head full of jet black hair and it was straight. LOL Based on the comments my mom recorded that were made by friends and family, seems like practically everybody that came to see the newborn me was fascinated by my hair.

From the only picture I have when I was about 6 months - I had hair. It didn't appear thick, it was curly and sparing.

All my kids (4) had hair when they were born and it didn't fall out. It was thick and shiny. One had fine very straight hair, 2 had curly hair, and one had kinda wavy hair. All of their hair changed texture and they had thicker kinkier/nappier hair by the time they were two. One child took up to 5 years go get her permanent hair texture.

People act very surprised to see a kid born with a head full of hair. It's no surprise to me at all. I'm surprised when the kid is balled. I expect hair.
I was born with a head full of jet black, very, very, very fine, silky hair. Everyone thought I was a baby doll with a head full of hair because I was so small (preemie-2lbs, 14.5 ounces).
