Helping In Law Embrace her Kids' Natural hair

I have recently came to realize how natural hair is beautiful. and how I was taught for so many years that natural hair is bad.

my sis in law is the same way. i hate i didn't figure this out when my oldest niece was about to get a perm. my baby niece has type 3/4 hair. i am trying to convince my in law to love it and stop combing it like it is relaxed and learn how to care for natural hair.

her main problem is dryness. i know the main reason is sleeping on cotton sheets with no bonnet on. so we can fix that by getting her some satin sheets. what else can we do, besides deep conditioning?

what styles can she do other than pony tails because her edges are coming out/

what products is she using? whats her routine?

i just posted a link to this on my blog, but here is another blog with alot of cute hairstyles for girls. they can be done on any hair type. www.cutegirlshairstyles.blogspot.com
