oh no, there's no way in hell that would happen. i just think it's an amazingly stupid thing to say.
but i suspect she'd say the same thing about England, France, Australia, Germany...

Why is it stupid? There is no doubt that reform is needed here, but Pelosi was/is an idiot for saying people are dying in the streets.
I've been without insurance many times over the years and absolutely never been denied medical care. Even for a stroke. PT rehab was ludicrously expensive so I had some great PTs tell me what to do on my own and I did it.
But I'd rather be sick in the US than in Canada or the UK any day.

who is she to say they need to change their health care system. We might have a decent health care, but we couldcertainly do with some work in different specialitys of surgary ect.
