best milk for newborns/babies?

as some of you curlies know im a first time parent. so i have a question for mothers. what kind of milk is best. VN doesnt have the type of milk that the US has. the milk i drank is more "pure" which is how i can describe it. its farm fresh almost and then theres Similac and Ensure. which is best for babies/newborns?
Babies should only drink breast milk or infant formula until they are one year old. Regular milk is very hard on their stomachs and doesn't contain the nutrients they need for proper growth and health.

Regular cow milk is inappropriate for newborns. The protein is wrong and digesting it is very hard on their kidneys. They become anemic and constipated and just don't grow like they should. Babies up to 6 months (preferable 1 year) should be fed only breastmilk or formula (which has a base of either soy or cow milk, but is modified to make it digestable and has other essential nutrients added).

Congrats on your new baby!

As other posters said, young babies should only be fed breastmilk or formula in the first 6 months. Cow's milk simply does not have the nutrients that human babies need to grow and develop their brains.
