Default constipation help

my seven month old baby just started eating more solids and starts crying when she poops and gets constipated now what should i do??

Does she eat a lot of cereal? Cereal can be constipating itself, esp rice, and the iron can make it worse. I would cut way back on cereal and stick with fruits and veggies. Also, I would cut back on solids a bit in general and increase the milk intake.

i would say give the child espon salt but is to young try feeding the child softer food
