Maybe, maybe not.

Thanks y'all.
I reread my prior post. I'm being harsh with my husband. He isn't a bad person. I love him, and he loves me. There are just some things that don't sit well with me, that we've discussed until we're blue in the face. I'm not sure what my future holds.

I've been very moody lately. A part of me wants to give up, and another part is very optimistic about having a kid and about my marriage. Ack! I used to not be like this. I'm craaaaazy! LOL

Yeah, I'll recheck Monday if I don't get my period this weekend.

Thanks everybody!
Now off to visit my friend out of town. Have a good weekend, y'all!
That's right, I said it! I wear scrunchies!!

I am a sulfate washing, cone slabbing, curly lovin' s.o.b. The CG police haven't caught me yet.

either way, good luck booomy. u're wonderful and you'd make a good mom. it's natural to be emotional and especially more so with fertility drugs.

the speckla loves you.
Sending you hugs, good thoughts, and if you want it--baby dust! Trying to get pregnant can be so hard . . . I went through a lot of ups and downs and got pretty obsessive. We actually got pregnant AFTER we'd given up on trying--we were about to go in to consult with specialists and had just decided to give ourselves a break (I was 34 and husb 38 ). Of course, it's different for everyone, but i've heard from a lot of people that when they gave up 'trying' it actually seems to have helped them to conceive. Not much comfort, i know. but i'm wishing the best for you, your husband and your future.

Also, every relationship has ups and downs and phases, and i wouldn't worry about being 'too hard' on your husband on the boards. The boards are a great place to vent, to think things over and air them out.

Then we can all support you, and in that way I think it can be better than telling a family member or close friend who still has to maintain a relationship with your husband/the person in question.

Wishing you the very best.

Oh, and p.s. I love the expression 'fur baby' some people use for their pets. Of course we love those little suckers! It's a special kind of love--we're the center of their worlds and it's a major responsibility/form of stewardship. I think it's just as important as any other life relationship--maybe more so because animals don't have control over their own lives.

I don't want to give you false hope, but with my first pregnancy, I tested on the first day of my missed period and got a negative result. I waited a few more days and retested b/c I didn't start my period, and sure enough, I was pregnant!
