TTC Without no luck

:confused3: My husband and I been ttc for last two years. We decided to go to the doctor and get checked. My doctor first told me to lose weight and see could we conceive, don't matter what I did(I ate right, exercised morning and night-time)nothing worked so he gave me clomid to see if it would work. One month of medication,it worked and I miscarried and had to have an DnC on Dec 23,2012.:angel13: I then fell into a deep depression and stopped trying.I was then put on birth control to regulate my cycle and it worked,my cycle came on the 7th of Sept and Oct.I went to the doctor to get back on my depression medication and he checked my heart and thyroid levels. My thyroid level was 4.5 and was put on medication(levothyroxine 50mg) to help me.He explained that's why I miscarried, had irregular cycles, nails was so then, hair was coming out,and I had no bowel movements or if I did,it was so hard (tmi),many other things had to do with this. So now I'm just sitting here praying and hoping for a lil one!! Has anyone gone through this and been successful? I'm trying to hard to hold on but I feel myself silpping. Why is this so hard?My weight has gone down since I been on da medication and I notice change but this month,I got a cycle,it was on the 1st of Nov. I just want to be healthy and have a healthy baby.Has anyone else had problems are similar stories??

Me and my husband had been trying for a year and he even thought he couldnt have kids. I had been on birth control for 7 years and my cylces.were predictable, just no egg. I read about a natural vitamin that helps regulate female hormones and began taking it. Three months later I was pregnant. It was vitex chasteberry. I also looked up a vitamin to help my husband with sperm production. He also had to make sure he drank lots of water and he drank less, he would have a beer or two on the weekends so that his sperm werent reduced.

I've tried so long I've pretty much given up.

I'm 35, never been pregnant. My cycles are more regular now, but our sex life had taken a dive.

I've heard Vitex works pretty well. They also have a pill called FertilAid for women and one for men. There's a lube called PreSeed that is supposed to be helpful.

Plus go to http://twoweekwait.com there's a lot of support there. :)

I struggled for two years, as well. Had 2 miscarriages. I had to seek out a specialist, and had to take some meds and things to deal with some issues. Long story short - I had a successful pregnancy, and now have twins. (No, not through IVF)

It can be horribly stressful, and completely emotionally draining. You have my complete and utter sympathy and empathy! I remember the feelings involved so clearly.

I know it can get expensive, but if you are able, I would suggest seeing a reproductive endocrinologist. At least get an exam/analysis done and see what your options are.

I do highly recommend the forum link given above. Also, the APA (American Pregnancy Assoc) boards are a good place to visit, as well.

**HUGS!!**

I haven't dealt w/ this personally but you definitely have my sympathy and prayers. I really hope it works out for you!
