I just cut my hair today !!! Yay I took off heat damaged and a old color

So im rubbing my hands thru my hair the from my roots are soft my ends bit on the dry side
My hair is thin dry brittle takes long to dry and I have fly ways
And i lost hair from stress but iam going to doc for that soon
Iam only 18!! Grr Lolol
If I need protein should I get Ion Reconstructor or gvp hair reconstructor

I did the treak if you rub your finger up and down your strang of hair some parts go smooth some part not so much lol
