My 3a hair looks awful after I did the suave keratin treatment 3 weeks ago & my curls are ruined. The treatment is supposed to last for 30 days and I'm ready to help my hair get back to normal by doing the CG method. I'm looking for a good protein treatment & a good deep conditioner treatment that are CG friendly and that I can find at any drug store, or Sally's or ulta. Thanks

First I would suggest posting this in the 2 or 3a board; this board is great, but it isn't frequented as often as those are and the people on there should be able to help you more.

Many curlies love Sally's Protein Filler and Aphogee 2-step for a PT. I personally adore Curl Junkie Repair Me because I don't have to follow it with a DT, but you have to buy it online.

When I started CG the deep conditioner that actually made me over-condition was L'Oreal Eversleek 2-minute treatment. Super moisturizing and great slip for detangling, but my favorite thing about it was that it was cheap and I could find it anywhere. I also remember loving Aussie 3-Minute Miracle in my pre-CG days (but it's loaded with cones so stay away from this unless you're mod-CG or not CG - otherwise you will get buildup). HTH!
