If it takes your hair a maximum of two hours to completely air dry, that is not long at all. Most wavies and curlies take more hours than that. For example, mine is normal porosity and if I air dry it, it can take five hours to completely dry.
Since your hair is fine, I would encourage you to add more protein than moisture, as fine hair generally likes more protein than moisture. Try searching the forums for "PT recipe as promised" - I would post the link but I can't from my iPod - that will give you an at home PT recipe. As far as moisture, your hair would probably like something like Tresemme Naturals as a rinse out because it does have moisture but it's not too heavy.
