Default proteïne rich products?

hi!

I have porous, medium to fine hair. So it's a really good chance my hair would love proteïne. But, what products are proteïne rich? I only know the mop top daily conditioner and the 'repair me' CJ conditioner. But do you know maybe some more proteïne rich conditioner? And are there also proteïne rich gels and leave-ins?

Thanks!

ps: I live in the Netherlands, so I can only buy some brands from the internet

loves: CJ products, jessicurl rocking ringlets, proteïn, co-washing, leave-in conditioner, diffusing, air-drying, pineapple method.
hates: glycerin in low dews, bleaching too much

Experimenting with MSM&biotin on the moment

I'm not sure if you can get your hands on these products being where you are, but Ecostyler gels tend to have hydrolized proteins in them, and the Suave Naturals Coconut Conditioner has silk amino acids (another form of protein). I'm sure there are other products as well, these are just some off the top of my head.

yeah, those products are possible to buy for me too! Do you use the suave conditioner as a co wash, rinse out or as a leave in?

I've taken a protein filler and added it to my non-protein conditioners with good luck.
Colorful Products - Colorful Neutral Protein Filler 1.2 oz.

I like Ion Effective Care treatment for daily use. It's from Sally Beauty Supply. Also the Aphogee 2 minute reconstructor.

Shescentit- I like the fortifying hair masque, the coco cream leave in, and okra hair repair reconstructor
Shescentit - Natural Care for beautiful hair.

I've used the Suave Coconut as a co-wash, rinse out and leave in. It's not moisturizing enough for me as a rinse out.

V05 passion fruit smoothie moisture milks conditioner is what I've started rotating into my routine, which has soy and biotin in it. It's light enough to use for cowashing but I've been using it to coat the ends of my hair before I low-poo so they stay hydrated when I'm washing. I also use Mill Creek Keratin conditioner as a rinse out which has a lot of protein and is way cheaper than CJ Repair Me (though I do love the Repair Me and use it for my weekly PT's). I use Curl Junkie Curl Fix as a leave-in which is high protein content and I also sometimes use L.A. Looks Sports Gel that has protein too.

Working toward using more natural products (except my beloved Recoil!!) and streamlining!

I'm also in Europe and use Aubrey Organics GPB conditioner. It's a rinse-off conditioner and rich in protein. You can order it from iherb.com or British Curlies website.

I recommend this one:

EO Products, Keratin Conditioner, Sulfate Free, Coconut & Hibiscus, 8.4 fl oz (250 ml) - iHerb.com

It contains a protein complex high up in the ingredient list. iherb.com has very cheap shipping costs!!! And, you can use coupon code VHT541 on your first order.

Cheers from a fellow Dutchie!
