Default Protein RO or LI?

I was wondering what everyone's preference was...to use a protein rich RO condish or do you like to use a protein rich LI instead?

I don't need much protein, and my hair is picky about which proteins to use, but I prefer protein in my rinse outs. If I leave any protein in...my hair dries out. My fine hair loves some silk/keratin proteins in a daily rinse out.

My hair LOVES protein, so I'll do both, plus PTs. I frequently use the milder PTs as my leave in.

my heir had hated protein for a long time but my curls were limp so I used a rinse put with protien and my hair perked back up. However I used the protein rinse out for a week and my hair became dry. I did a deep treatment last night and my hair is back to normal. so once a week for my protein rinse out but I just got a shampoo with protein in it so that will be my dose evey few days. I cant leave protein in my hair

I do both because my hair is low porosity and it takes awhile to absorb things. It really depends on what your hair likes/needs.

I use an intensive rinse out - Komaza Care - I need to concentrate on hydration on a daily basis.
