Exclamation Aphogee 2 min Keratin Recontructer and then ORS deep conditioner

did I do too much?
after the keratin my hair felt awesome but I heard one should follow those treatments with a deep conditioner so I deep conditioned (overnight) with ORS deep conditioner my hair feels really soft not mushy. However, I just found out that both have protein so I'm worried I might've over did it.

Does not sound like a protein issue.
