are these products definetely ok?

since recently finding out that im protein sensitive, i am thinking of buying these products:

kinky curly knot today
GVP conditioning balm
fairytale curly-q curl maker gel
mop c-system hydrating shampoo (i have recently starting shampooing once a week, after being cg for one year)

are all these products definetely ok?
are there any products that you strongly recommend instead?

thanks!
