Default Overdid the protein...

So I haven't done a PT in forever and decided to do one today... I used ION reconstructor from Sally's. However, I followed it up wit a yogur/honey/EVOO/castor oil mix which I thought would be moisturizing and didn't realize it was actually another PT! On top of that I fell asleep wit it on for like 6 hours. Nothing I have has given me back the softness my curls usually have... Can anyone suggest relatively quick fix that I can get on the ground or make really easily.

Mostly fine hair, coarse around my edges and nape.
Definitely high porosity and insanely dense.
Not so sure on the elasticity, but I don't think I have a very good moisture/protein balance and my hair is ubber dry, so I'm going to go with low... of course I could be very wrong.

Regimen:
Cowash/RO: HEHH, AIA Coconut Cowash
PT: Ion Effective Care Treatment
DT: Any condish with EVOO+Honey
LI: SM CES or PM The conditioner
Styler: EcoStyler Olive Oil, KCCC, or Let's Jam

-AOHSR contains a very small amount of protein, but it could still be quite effective for you (whole foods, vitamin shoppe)

-A heavy dosage of Tresemme Naturals conditioner mixed with honey (Walgreens, target

-depending on where you live, you may be able to get Curl Junkie Rehab in-store (this would probably be your best moisturizing DT). Check their website for store locations!

-GVPCB if you don't mind parabens (Sally beauty supply)

The only really good deep treatment conditioner I've tried and loved is the CJ Curl Rehab.

Runner up is the GVP conditioning balm that Rimi suggested. If you don't have a Sallys, it is a dupe of the Biolage.

I'd just keep hitting your hair with tons of moisture and staying away from protein for awhile.
