Proteins - Words, meanings, and scientific form

List the different proteins and their scientific names and retail words, define the proteins(how it effects the hair, its benefits, and etc).

Okay. I am quite sure I have some sensitivity to Protein. I believe Hydrolyzed Wheat protein is the culprit, BUT I am not too sure. What I notice is the difference when I use products with little to none of hydrolyzed proteins and when I use the Carol's Daughters products with Hydrolyzed proteins. The Leave In conditioner Black Vanilla did absolutely nothing for my hair or my children. The Tui Smoothie worst than the aforementioned. The Tui Leave In works well as a detangler.

I also notice how loose strands come out when using these Carol Daughter's products:

Healthy Hair Butter
Marguerite's Magic
14 in 1 Hawaiian Silky
Smooth N Shine Silk Fusion (recovery conditioner) * maybe I am leaving this one on too long? has anyone else experienced any hair strands (little bit) coming in the denman brush or on your hands when using these products?

When I normally style I do not experience lost of hair strands, but when I begin using certain products I do.

What could be the cause of this?
