The Fix It Up Leave-in Treatment has the consistency of a very creamy, rich lotion. It is moisturizing and once in your hair (you don't need much), begins to soak in. My hair "felt" repaired. Unless you want hold, you can style with it as well. So far, it mixes well with other products, including Curly Kinks Coil Jam. This treatment is one to use in the drier seasons or climates. According to the label, it's "instant repair for dry and processed hair."

Not only does my hair feel "repaired and moisturized", but I felt like I needed nothing else on my hair.
