Canadian Curlies: Have you tried Free Spirit Botanicals shampoo bars?
I found these in Victoria, BC at a local shop downtown. They are hand made in Victoria. I bought the lavender patchouli an my mom bought the lemon grass. So far I LOVE it. I use it every 2-3 days with Yes To Cucumbers conditioner. I haven't tried an ACV rinse, but it seems like I don't need one. I don't feel any build up.
My mom also really likes hers and says it makes her hair shiny and manageable.
Just a heads up if you're every visiting Victoria, BC!
