Default Paul Mitchell Curls Line

They were doing interviews with curly haired girls at my university and had a booth where they were giving away free samples. I haven't tried what I got yet, but I thought I would post the ingredients for what I did get.

Spring Loaded Detangling Shampoo
Water (Eau, Aqua), Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, Glycerin, Cocamide MEA, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Myristamidopropyl PG-Dimonium Chloride Phosphate, Glycol Distearate, Laureth-4, PEG-120 Methyl Glucose Distearate, Divinyldimethicone/Dimethicone Copolymer, C12-13 Pareth-3, Disodium Cocoamphodiacetate, Polyquaternium-7, Polyquaternium-59, Butylene Glycol, Amodimethicone, C11-15 Pareth-7, Laureth-9, Trideceth-12, Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethicone, Phenyl Trimethicone, Polyquaternium-67, Tetrasodium EDTA, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Magnesium Nitrate, Magnesium Chloride, Fragrance (Parfum), Limonene

Full Circle Leave-In Treatment

Water (Eau, Aqua), Cetearyl Alcohol, Cyclopentasiloxane, Propylene Glycol, Behentrimonium Chloride, Glyceryl Stearate, Behenyl Alcohol, Palmitic Acid, Stearic Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Lecithin, Lauryl Alcohol, Fragrance (Parfum), Citral, Geraniol, Hexyl Cinnamal, Limonene, Miryistyl Alcohol, Panthenol, Cetyl Alcohol, Methylisothiazolinone, Argania Spinosa (Argan) Kernel Oil, Behentrimonium Methosulfate, Butylene Glycol

Ultimate Wave Beachy Texture Cream-Gel
Water (Eau, Aqua), Polyurethane-14, AMP-Acrylates Copolymer, PVP, Carbomer, Aminomethyl Propanediol, Hydrolyzed Kertain, Trametes Versicolor Extract, PEG-12 Dimethicone, Polyquaternium-59, Butylene Clycol, Wheat Amino Acids, Tetrasodium EDTA, DMDM Hydantoin, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Fragrance (Parfum), Butylphenyl Methylpropional, Geraniol, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Hydroxycitronellal, Limonene, Hydroxyisohexyl 3-Cyclohexene Carboxaldehyde

I'm actually not sure if I'm going to try any of it. A lot of this looks like it won't play nice with my hair.

I'd try the leave-in and they have a new gel called Twirl Around Crunch Free Curl Definer. I like PM The Conditioner, Roundtrip and Tea Tree Styling Gel....Can't wait until the new products are available. There are some youtube reviews

Thanks so much for posting this - I couldn't find this info anywhere (bad sign!). I'm surprised to see so many cones and other nasty bits.

Shame, because I thought this line had potential

As a stylist who is modified cg, I also have samples of this and I actually loved it, so if you're not opposed to using the occasional cones I think it's a great option.

I think I will stick with the PM products I'm using, the reviews for my hair type don't sound that great.

FYI, Paul Mitchell is giving away free samples as part of a promotion.

Click on the link: The Truth About Curls | Paul Mitchell

then select the "Submit Your Confession Here" button. After you enter your thoughts about your hair and hit Submit, you will be given the option to request a set of samples (Spring Loaded Detangling Shampoo, Full Circle Leave-In Treatment and Ultimate Wave Beachy Texture Cream-Gel).

I requested mine!
