I need suggestions for sulfate free clarifying shampoo and regular shampoo.(wait or are you suppose to just pick on? A bit confused on that issue! lol).
It doesn't have to organic (I tend to be allergic to organic products :/)

I have 3a hair. My hair is super fine, low porosity...

I really love Pure & Basic Clarifying Shampoo. It contains sodium polystyrene sulfonate, on top of the other clarifying ingredients, which according to an article I read here removes quats that are not removed even by sulfate shampoos.
