CJ Honey Banana Butta . . . has cones???

I just got some of the CJ Honey Hibiscus Banana Butta, and really like it -- it smells amazing, and works great with a gel for styling or scrunching out crunch in this weather. But I read the whole label, and it says it has Dimethicone PEG-8 Benzoate.

Does anyone know what that is? I know plain ole dimethicone is DEFINITELY a cone . . . I'm sure hoping someone has more info about this than I do, because I do not want to put cones in my hair after ten successful years of CG!

3b, fine, medium density, normal porosity
Wash: Up in the air right now; Phytolisse and Shea 10-in-1 not working amazingly

Styling: Phyto hair curling stuff
PEG cones are water soluble and found in a few different CJ products. No cleanser needed.
