I'm going to cowash, deep condition, and then try it. I was able to get 3rd day hair even tho I've been bunning like crazy...it still looked nice when I took it down.

So I tried it w/o the hairspray and sealed w/ EVOO today and saw a huge difference. My curls were 10x shiner and softer. No crispy dry feeling... HAIRSPRAY IS THE ENEMY! However it's great for keeping straightened hair maintained.

I am totally loving this mousse as well. I have fine, wavy hair, and nothing has gotten me the curls that this $3 mousse has!! I tried all the expensive products and wow, I am so impressed with this mousse.

This morning I only used the mousse and it's great.

I scrunch out excess water with a microfiber towel and then apply about 3 egg-sized dollops of mousse, one each to the left side of my head, back and then right side. Then I scrunch it all over. After that I pixie diffuse on low/warm for 1 minute each on 4 sections of my head (front left, back left, back right, front right) and for about a minute more holding it over my roots. Air dry the rest of the way and it's super curly!

Note I do get extremely crunchy from this, but it can all be scrunched out! I just find I have to SOTC more than with other products.

It seems to hold, and yesterday I was running around on a cold, windy day and it was fine. This product is great!

I'm still loving this product too. I actually love the crunch. Crunchiness tells me that the product is working in holding my hair in clumps. It'll get uncrunchy when you pineapple and as the days go on.

What does this one smell like? I recently tried the Tresemme climate control mousse and while I had gorgeous full curls the smell was kind of weird and bothered me for some reason, definitely didn't smell like my Tresemme naturals conditioner which smells clean and fruity. Also how is the hold with this mousse, the climate control didn't seem to hold into the evening and I got the dreaded halo frizz. I also recently tried Aussie aussome volume mouse as an alternative to my condition 3 in 1 mousse and it works really well too, it gives me smaller tighter spirals than my regular mousse.

Has anyone else had issues with the mousse irritating your scalp? I love this mousse cause it gives me perfect bouncy, natural looking curls... But it makes my scalp itch like crazy and break out in little scabs. I wish I knew what ingredient was making this happen...
