Is this normal? (Camille Rose Naturals)

Hi! I just purchased the Camille Rose Naturals Algae Renew Deep Conditioner from Target. All the reviews and pictures I've seen of this conditioner show a white product. When I opened my container I noticed that the conditioner has black specks all though out it. I apologize if this has been asked before or if it's a stupid question. I've just never seen the product look like this in any review.

I've attached a couple pictures. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe thats supposed to be the Algae. Ive been using it over a year and thats how it has always looked.
