love it!
I love this conditioner so much!!!!
but it is far too expensive, so I usually just stick with GVP conditioning balm or garnier.... which give me good results as well...

Those conditioners you mentioned? Don't do a thing for me and you're on the money (no pun intended) saying that you should have stuff that actually does what it's intended to do. I've tried going budget vs. spending a little more and whenever I spend a little extra for quality its reflected in my hair. That being said, AOHR is an excellent product that uses quality ingredients and I hope you like it.
Now.. b/c its 11.99 a pop, I'm not sure I wanna use it as a cowash (though I did yesterday and loved it) but the LI use definitely applies.

AOHR Shampoo and Conditioner are on sale at this precise moment at the Vitamin SHoppe. The 11 ounce bottles for 8.49 each.
It appears as though all Aubrey Organics are on sale at this moment...

LOL, No Problem.
DH & I went to our Local Vitamin Shoppe today and picked up the last few bottles AOHR. The gal said If they dont have a paticular AO product / s that I need or want she would gladly order what ever we'd like.

I tried it this week, too! Bought my bottle at the Vitamin Shoppe. I like how rich and creamy it is, but I think it weighed my fine hair down - my curls were droopy yesterday even though I used KCCC, which I have been having good luck with. I'll most likely only use it on the days I wear my hair in a ponytail.

Awesome
OMG!!!! This product was recommended to me and I finally purchased it a couple of days ago. Yesterday was the first day I tried it. Prior to using it, my hair was very hard and no matter what I used, I wasn't happy. After cleansing my hair, I added AOHP for my LI. I think my hair starting singing!!! It was such a boost that I didn't even add a gel to define my curls. I stopped at a local salon here to pick up some other products and during my discussion with one of the stylists they asked what I was currently using. When I explained that I only had a LI on and achieved the results he was looking at, he was very impressed.
I've also heard the Giovanni line was good and I think I'll return to the Vitamin Shoppe to purchase that too.

OMG! I just started the CG method and because of all the good things I have read about it here I decided to try the AOHR conditioner. It is fantastic. I used it the other day as a deep conditioning treatment. I even added a little honey to it. I put on a plastic cap for about 40 mins and my hair was super soft when I rinsed.
I do have a question though, should this product be best used as a DT instea of a DC or are two one in the same? I don't know if I could use it as a leave in since it is so thick.
AOHR is definitely a keeper in my book.

Ok, so just out of curiosity - does anyone else's hair literally drink this stuff up? I've used it the past 2 nights in a row and each time I felt like I had to put a huge amount of conditioner in my hair because it felt like it was just being sucked in to my hair. I guess my hair wasn't as moisturized as I thought!

Yes, this same thing happens to me with AOHR and I've noticed it also happens with the other AO conditioners I've used - White Camellia and Island Naturals. I don't think my hair is that dry so I think these conditioners might be missing an emollient (or three!) that is found in other more slippery ones.
To counteract the "evaporation", I'll sometimes apply another slippery conditioner over the AO ones or I'll mix AOHR and the GVP CB in my hand and apply them together. Both ways seem to add to the moisture level so it doesn't bother me to supplement the AO conditioners. I love the smell of AOHR, but I don't love the smell of the other two. Combining them with other conditioners helps to dull the strong scents.
