Default "Hairdrenalin" for growth

I dont know if you guys have heard of the popular "Hairdrenalin" potion, but I have been making my own version of it. My version has castor oil, cayenne pepper, horsetail extract, and jojoba oil. I heat it in the microwave. After that I spread it into my hair as if I am "greasing" my scalp. Then i wrap it up under a plastic cap, then place a durag over that and sleep in it. In the morning when I wake, I take shower and condition it with my fav conditioner.
Feel free to try it and let me know how this works for you! Here is the youtube video for the recipe for the original version: Grow Black Hair Long FAST (3+ INCHES IN 7 WEEKS) - YouTube

good luck!!

I bet the cayenne pepper increases blood flow to the scalp. Does it tingle?

Yes I have found that it does tingle! And yes it stimulates circulation!

Has anyone done research on this formula? I've already found that biotin cannot penetrate the scalp...so that part is useless, and I also haven't found any benefit to the black tea for hair growth, so far the only part that makes sense to me is the cayenne as a scalp stimulant and cayenne as a carrier oil.

Since my last post I followed a lottt of people who tried the Hairdrenalin challenge (they put it on every other day for 3 months and measure the growth versus a normal month of no Hairdrenalin). I noticed that a handful of these challengers stopped halfway through because their scalp/hair was acting up and they it was not worth it. Or people just didn't see a difference. And I was so excited about this at first But I don't want to risk it..

I made some, some months ago; it was a lot of hassle and from an 16 oz castor oil i ended up with 8 (probably i didn't strain it well) but the main reason i haven't use it (i did only 1 time) till now about 3 months later is the smell. It doesn't smell good at all and no matter how many drops of eos i put in the smell doesn't quench so instead of finishing a bottle of eo i decided not use it till i find a solution. Also i needed to shampoo it 2-3 times to get rid of the smell.I don't know if the one she sells smells as bad but just wanted to tell you just in case anyone has a sensitive nose like me (or people around you do).

I hear adding an essential oil cuts the stinky stench. Particularly a citrus oil like orange.
