Here's the original thread for FSG by BotticelliBabe No-fail flax seed gel - I finally did it...TWICE!
We each have our own additives that we like to use. Flax seeds are inexpensive. Other ingredients depend on what they are and where you get them. For hold, people use things like honey and agave nectar.
