I made a spray using magnesium citrate and citric acid and my hair loves it. It is curlier and shinier and does not get frizzy even without gel or spray.

I had tried magnesium sulfate a few times but that did dry my hair out.

Here's what I did:

8 -12oz water
1/8 t. citric acid
1/8 t. magnesium citrate

Willow, where did you get these ingredients? Did you find them in a drugstore or did you have to ask to have them made up?

I'd love to try mag. citrate.
