Mayo treatment how often?
 

As I type it's my first time trying the mayo treatment. I used mayo and a little olive oil and honey and I have it wrapped for 20 minutes. My question is how often should I do it. Is it an every day thing, once a week or what I'm not sure so please help me out ladies I'm a 3B curl

It really depends on if you color treat your hair, use heating tools/appliances, etc. if this is the case I would do it 2-3x per month. If none of these, I would stick to once a month. I really believe that once a week is too much and can cause your hair to feel hard. After all hair is protein. :) Mayo is a staple PT for me as well mixed with EVCO. HTH
