Protein treatments

Any suggestions for protein treatments for 3b/c high porosity hair very dense med texture?

The DIY gelatin recipe from IAgirl is my favorite! I have tried the generic joico k pak and it did nothing for me but some love it,
Sally's also has something called colorful neutral protein filler that a lot of people recommend. I think my hair is not impressed by keratin that's in the k pak

Komaza Care Matani repair treatment spray, also contains ceramides and panthenol which are good for porous or damaged hair.

A good protein treatment that works:
You will need:
1 egg
4 tablespoons of olive oil

Mix it in a bowl and saturate your hair from root to ends then leave it on your hair for about 2hrs then rinse wash and condition as normal. 😊

If you use a lot of heat do it twice a month, if you don't use a lot of heat you can do it once a month it creates a shield for your hair to retain length and keeps it strong and healthy!

just answering because I read this a couple of times (other people and Firefox told it and she is very reliable): Eggprotein doesn't penetrate into the hair because the proteinparts are too large to be able to penetrate into the hair. You can maybe get other "good" results from egg, but it will not work as a protein treatment.
