How is the rice so yellowy??? Is it azafran? Day old azafran rice then warmed up in the wok with special goodiness?? Its def. NOT egg- there is no egg in this rice. How do they season the pork? I bought the char sui but the taste wasn't the taste I'm used to. I've looked online every where and haven't really been able to find what I'm looking for!
And those chicken wings??!?! Always so juicy!!!
