Healthy salty snacks: kale chips and roasted chickpeas

My favorite salty, crunchy snacks:

Kale chips:
Tear the ribs out of kale leaves and tear into uniform pieces
Lay kale on a cookie sheet
Spray lightly with olive oil, sprinkle with salt
Bake at 350 until desired doneness--the longer you cook them, the more papery/dried they get. I like 'em a little chewy. 10 minutes is chewier, 15-20 is crispier.

Roasted chickpeas:
drain a can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans) and spread on a cookie sheet
Spray with olive oil, sprinkle with salt
Bake at 350 tossing occasionally for 20-30 minutes until chewy

Mmm.
