Cucumber alcoholic drinks?
Does anyone have any favorite, tried-and-true recipes for adult beverages featuring a cucumber-flavored liquor, such as Hendrick's Gin or Square One Cucumber Vodka? Much obliged.

I found some recipes at the brands' websites, but I was hoping someone would say "Oh, I love this drink--here's how I make it."
I'll keep looking! Thanks!

These don't involve cucumber liquors (just gin) but I made drinks using chopped peeled cucumber, chopped peeled apples, and fresh mint this past weekend. The ratio I used was 1:1/3:1/4 (cucumbers:apples:mint). Then I just threw it all in a blender with a good amount of ice to make it a frozen drink & mixed in a shot of gin with each cup. They came out pretty good, but you might want to try it beforehand to see if you would prefer to add sugar or something to make it a little sweeter! You can also add water or apple juice if you find the drink too thick.
