Default Purple Pickled Eggs
Okay, I went with my SIL to visit her family up north and her g-ma fed me these purple eggs...THEY ARE SO GOOD!


anyone know how to make them? (Then will you send it to me!)

They were in a jar so I guess they were pickled?

I used to just put hard boiled eggs in beet juice. Here's a recipe:
