egg free deserts

does anyone have any baked goods recipes that don't call for eggs? I found energy egg substitute to be a failure.

started CG on 6/25/12.
  • 2c with a strait underneath
  • normal elasticity on top, none on the underneath
  • Fine side of Normal
  • Thick hair
  • Poriosity is a mystery. I think its all over the place.
Shortbread and many other butter cookies
Lace cookies
Pies
Rugelach
Kolackzi
Scones/biscuits

Naturally egg-free. There are more, too.
If you must make something that normally contains eggs without, whether due to allergy or veganism, the flax seed sub is a good one, and sometimes you can just cut them all together and increase leavening agent and adjust liquid.
i do make a lot of butter cookies for the holidays. they're my favorite, but other than those i've never found a recipe that i like. i'm hoping someone will give me a cake secret i've never heard.
and its an allergy. so every other ingredient is fair game.
